LIBERTY BIRD ALLIANCE

The Liberty Bird Alliance is a chapter of the National Audubon Society that serves members and friends throughout Philadelphia and major portions of Montgomery County

It's Time To Vote!

As required by our by-laws, we are offering our members a chance to vote on a slate of Officers and Directors proposed by the Nominating Committee. The slate includes all the Officers who serve one-year terms. It also includes Directors who are eligible to run for another term as well as new candidates for open Board positions. We hope you will take the opportunity to express your views on the the slate presented in the ballot.

CHECK THE EVENTS CALENDAR ON THE WEBSITE!

We urge members to stay current on upcoming bird walks, field trips and programs through the website. Our calendar of events provides the activities dates, and description of all our activities. The link for registration for these events and other details are listed. Many of our events request preregistration. Go to libertybirdalliance.org .and preregister for those events where requested.

REGULAR MONTHLY PROGRAM

Our schedule of our regular monthly programs concluded in May.

FIELD TRIPS AND BIRD WALKS

A Note About Our Field Trips and Bird Walks: We encourage participants to regularly check both the Liberty Bird Alliance website and Facebook page in advance of a field trip as the meeting location can change due to road construction, a park closure, weather conditions, or other last-minute circumstances. If you have any questions about a field trip, please contact: libertybirdalliance@gmail.com. Plan to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time of the field trip. The time stated is the STARTING time, not the arrival time. This will give you time to get yourself ready, say hello, visit a restroom, and be ready to go. For all-day trips, please come prepared with lunch and have a full tank of gas.

PARTICIPANT RELEASE: Audubon field trips or events signify that I agree to not hold the Liberty Bird Alliance or any of its agents responsible for any accidents, losses, damages, or injuries resulting from my participation in the field trip or event.
