June 2025 Chamber Newsletter

Hello

Summer is coming and June 1 is our Golf Outing deadline, so don't wait if you still want to golf. Join us on June 11 at Kettle Hills for a fun day!

Be sure to follow us on all our social media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Our newest offering "What's Up Germantown?" just got launched this week and is an easy way to see what is going on in Germantown for the coming week and to click on the link to see the calendar for more events.

We are excited to be debuting our new Community Guide in June and stay tuned for Pop-Up events throughout the community to distribute the publication. We will be reaching out to all our sponsors to deliver copies to them as well (after the golf outing!)

And fresh on the heels of our Community Guide we are working with the Village to help create some Germantown promotional videos that will highlight Germantown overall, Park & Rec, Chamber of Commerce, School District and Economic Development and some promotional opportunities will be available to our members through CGI Digital so stay tuned.

Never a dull moment here, don't forget to join us for events or stop by our office, we would love to see you!

Welcome to Germantown

Market Your Business to New Residents Through the Chamber

Starting quarterly this year, the Germantown Chamber will be sending out a welcome mailing to all new Germantown Residents with Village information and events, encouraging them to come visit the Chamber for their free welcome bag and to see the resources we offer.

All Chamber members are welcome to contribute items to the bag which can include marketing items, coupons, giveaways and anything else to give New Residents more information about your business and to ensure they engage with you right away!

Based on the new mover numbers from 2024, for the year 2025, we are estimating we need about 200 items. Your business can provide a full year's worth of items OR we can update you on the quarterly amount we need, and you can provide them at that time to be in better tune with your current marketing initiatives.

Quarterly deadlines for the next year for items are: July 1, October 1, January 1
