TEAM MEMBER HIGHLIGHT

Team Member Highlight-Terri.jpg

Terri has been with NOAS for almost 5 years now. Coming from the banking industry and returning to the non-profit world has been a great experience for me. It has enriched my life to be a part of a team that helps foster youth make connections.

A WELLNESS CORNER

June is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. There are more than 3 million US cases per year. What exactly is Alzheimer's?Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia, a general term for memory loss and other cognitive abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. There isn't a single cause of Alzheimer's disease. It likely develops from multiple factors, such as genetics, lifestyle and environment. There is no cure but treatment can help. For more information about Alzheimer’s, visit https://www.nia.nih.gov/health/what-alzheimers-disease.

PLAY IT FOR THE KIDS WAS A HUGE SUCCESS

We want to thank our sponsors and 92 golfers who joined us on Monday, June 6, for a beautiful golfing, networking, and mingling day. Thanks to all who took part in some way, this annual event was extremely successful. We couldn't have done it without you.
