Another year is coming to a close and we're happy to announce that we have four students graduating this year! As pictured above, from left to right: Brian Fiato, Patrick McCullough, Jenna Rentschler, and Omar Oquendo. We are extremely proud of each of our grads and all the progress they've made during their time at JPII and we wish each of them the best with their next adventures.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; I
n all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Patrick Takes His Next Step
During their time at JPII, students in our secondary class often work on transitional skills like developing a resume and cover letter, planning for the future, and trying out various work sites based on individual preferences.
Patrick, one of our graduates this year, has been busy utilizing what he's learned about transition. He recently took a step toward his personal goals by interviewing - and ultimately landing a job - with Eisenhower Nissan! We're proud of you Pat and would just like to say congratulations!

Philadelphia Zoo
On May 19th, our secondary class embarked on an adventure to the Philadelphia Zoo, made possible by funding from our recent Hoagie Sale (thank you).
It was a fun-filled day that featured giraffes, lions, snakes, lizards, rhinos, and a rather friendly peacock. For a gallery of the adventure,

Berks Catholic Buddies
Students from Berks Catholic High School recently did a tremendous job putting together an annual Fun & Field Day for our students. After pairing up, students from both schools enjoyed relay races, bean-bag tosses, the dunk-tank, lunch, and more. Take a look at our
Fun & Field Day 2017 gallery here.
