Dear friends,
We are thrilled to be transitioning to Phase Green. Many of our members have been waiting patiently for routine care visits and appointments. We are open and ready to provide care at all of our facilities.
But this is still a phase of the pandemic. COVID-19 continues to be a part of our daily lives. We are hopeful that this community can move forward with caution, practicing important hygiene tips like hand washing and wearing masks. Know that our safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment are in place to protect you.
Please continue to stay informed about the current status of COVID-19 in our local community through the Chester County Health Department. They are the most trusted, most reliable source available to you and your family. Updates are posted daily on their
