Cross County Connection Releases  South Jersey Bicycle and Pedestrian Funding Guide  
Cross County Connection is pleased to announce the release of its latest report – the  South Jersey Bicycle and Pedestrian Funding Guide.  The guide is a resource for municipalities and counties in South Jersey that are seeking funding to construct bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects. The guide provides information on state, federal and private grants that fund bicycle and pedestrian improvements. It also includes strategies and best practices municipalities and counties can use to prepare effective grant applications.

DVRPC Launches Greater Philadelphia
Bike Match Program  

DVRPC has partnered with the Bike Match Network to create the  Greater Philadelphia Bike Match  program. The  Bike Match Network  is a national initiative consisting of bike shops and advocacy organizations connecting essential workers with donated bikes in ready-to-ride condition. DVRPC hopes to assist essential workers and those caring for others in the opportunity to bike to their places of work and other activities.   
PBIC Highlights Walking and Biking Actions to Encourage Social Distancing  
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center (PBIC) has released a  new dataset  that tracks community actions to adapt public space in response to COVID-19.  The dataset , hosted by PBIC, is open access and community members are encouraged to share information about efforts in their region to rebalance streets for walking and biking to promote social distancing. PBIC has several other resources to share ideas on how communities are adapting space for social distancing. National Highway Institute Bicycle Facility Design Training Course  
The National Highway Institute released a free, web-based Bicycle Facility Design training course. The course is now available for anyone seeking to learn more about planning and designing bicycle facilities. It covers principles of bicyclist safety, comfort and connectivity, selection of bikeway type and associated design considerations and national planning and design resources.
