Small Essentials, Big Impact


In 2025, Sutter County Children & Families Commission recognized diaper needs as a significant contributor to family stress and poverty and identified a critical gap in access to basic hygiene supports for Sutter County families. With assistance from Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds from Sutter County Community Action Agency, SCCFC successfully launched the Sutter County Diaper Bank.
