"Variety Pack" Class for July:
Wednesday 8:35AM Variety Pack class will be "Uncaged" for the entire month of July with Tobi! 

Get ready to train like a cage fighter! Using the heavy bag, battle ropes and more, this circuit style class will work strength, cardio, core and agility. You'll get in fighting form over the course of 4 weeks. See Tobi for more information!
Kid Fit with Jason starts this week! Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
in the  Group Fitness Room
12:30-2:00.

New Personal Trainers -
Free Fitness Assessments

We have some new personal trainers eager to help you with your fitness goals. Curran Huff and Chip Crowell will be available for a free assessment session during the months of July and August. Take advantage of this great opportunity!

Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes
  Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Oat flour or blended oats
  • 1/2 Gluten-free pancake mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 TBSP Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Banana (for topping)
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, whisk until mixed.
  2. Pour mixture into a blender.
  3. Add wet ingredients directly into the blender. Blend until it reaches a batter-like consistency.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and spray with coconut oil
  5. Cook pancake on both sides.
  6. Top pancake with peanut butter and sliced banana
