The Town Pool will open for the season on Monday, June 5th and the Old Reservoir will open on Saturday, June 10th! Be sure to check out the Aquatic Facility Schedule.

Leader in Training - Summer 2023

Take advantage of this unique, inclusive opportunity to be a Leader in Training. During the program, participants will create meaningful relationships, learn new skills, participate in leadership opportunities, and gain hands-on experience in a summer camp setting. Interested applicants must be entering at least 9th grade. Our program is inclusive, applicants of all abilities are encouraged to apply.

Capital Projects

Center Recreation Complex Bathrooms & Maintenance Building Renovation


This project is one that will support the improvements to the Center Recreation Complex and overall Park system. Access to safe, clean and accessible restrooms is an important amenity at a Community Park, such as Center.

Center Recreation Hard Court Reconstruction - Gallagher Tennis & Farias Basketball Courts


This project will include the construction of post tension court surfaces for basketball and tennis/pickleball at the Center Recreation Complex. This will mobilize the week of June 19th, the Gallagher & Farias Courts will go offline at this time.

Introducing Group Fitness Instructor, Gail LaRocca!


Gail LaRocca, Judy Whitney’s fitness partner for over 30 years, is stepping in while Judy is away this summer. Gail grew up in nearby Carlisle and now resides in Winchester where she teaches classes in aerobics, muscle conditioning and stretching. Gail’s refrain: “Fitness is about balanced movement, good tunes and a great attitude!” Come try out her version of Fitness this summer!



Senior Ping Pong Drop In Hours


Stop by the ping pong room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 - 3 p.m. to meet up with other players who are enthusiastic about the sport. New this summer, drop in for some playtime in the dining room on Fridays from 1 - 3 p.m.
