TCNA will supply beef and veggie burgers and rolls, hot dogs and rolls, condiments, potato chips, soft drinks, water, beer, wine and ice.
Neighbors have volunteered to bring grills, charcoal and lighter fluid, grilling utensils, paper and plastic supplies, trash bags.
Still need neighbors to:
- Bring side dishes and desserts
- Help with set up, grilling, and clean-up
- Have children help with games and activities
- Bring games such as corn toss, horse shoes, croquet
Please respond so there is enough food and drinks for all.
One year we ran out of burgers because we had such a great crowd of neighbors. At our first Meet-Up this year there were a large number of neighbors who attended. There will be plenty of space at this venue to have fun. So let us know if you would like to volunteer to help. It's a great way to see and meet your neighbors.
| | Taharka Brothers is widely known for their unique social mission, focused on creating an impactful, profitable business managed and operated by young adults from some of Baltimore’s most troubled neighborhoods. - Maintain the facade
- Use the facility for office purposes only
- Not to be used for additional parking spaces
The final vote of TCNA will be held at the annual meeting on June 21 at 3:00 at Calvert Middle School. The TCNA 2001 Convenant with Calvert School requires the association to approve any property Calvert School buys in Tuscany-Canterbury.

TCNA President's Report: 2024-2025
Pat Hawthorne
Dear Neighbors,
This will be my last President's Message before I step down from the TCNA Presidency. Per our By-Laws, the President is required to report on the association's accomplishments over the past year at the spring General Meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting and picnic, we wanted to share those accomplishments with you. Thanks again to members of the TCNA Board and the many volunteers in this community who have contributed to these many accomplishments and who help to make the TCNA such a strong and vital organization.

Another Water Main Break

No RPP Neighborhood Pick-up
June is the month that Tuscany-Canterbury permits are due for renewal. Renewals can be purchased on-line or in-person beginning June 1. Only residents who live on blocks with the Resident Permit Parking sign are eligible to purchase a permit.
| | | |
There are 2 ways you can renew your permit.
- Visit the Parking Authority downtown and pick it up. (free parking provided)
- Renew permit on-line and have it sent to you by paying a small additional fee.
There is no neighborhood pick-up option this year since only 6 neighbors used this option in 2024.
