Spring into Wellness with NO COST Staff Appreciation and De-Stressing days

Chiro One Wellness Centers is always excited to support the community with our complimentary appreciation/wellness events for your staff. We provide health educators who come onsite and are available for 2-3 hours over staff lunch times, breaks, or shift changes. When onsite, we setup up in a staff common area and provide the following:

Stress awareness screenings/ quizzes
De-stressing and Spring into Wellness tips to take with
Stretches to reduce tension in the upper back
Posture Screenings
Sandwiches and healthy snacks

We provide everything needed for the event and a flyer to share with your team leading up to the event as well.
