NCART Testifies at Rhode Island

legislative hearings

The NCART Executive Director, Wayne Grau, testified before the Rhode Island Joint Business Committee in support of the CRT-repair legislation. Four other groups representing consumers and the Governor’s office testified in favor of the bill.

Summer CRT Congressional tours

Summer represents an excellent opportunity for CRT providers to invite their state or federal legislators to tour their business. NCART members have developed many champions over the years, and all of them have included a legislator visiting a CRT location to learn more about the unique business we provide to their constituents.

You don’t have to do this alone; NCART has the tools, materials, and experience to help you set up the meetings. If you are interested in hosting a tour of your facility, please don't hesitate to contact Wayne Grau at wgrau@ncart.us.

Advocacy Quotes

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.

NCART is the only national organization dedicating every effort and resource entirely to representing suppliers and manufacturers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) products. NCART is strictly focused on working with policymakers, legislators, and others to establish and maintain appropriate coverage and funding to protect and improve CRT access.

If your company provides or manufactures CRT, help us fight the negative trends in coverage and payment that continue to mount by becoming an NCART member. Your support will enable us to continue to advocate aggressively as we work to ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to the specialized equipment and services you provide.
