Sign Up for FREE June Programs - Older Adults (55+yrs)

Over four weeks, small groups meet for hour long walks in great locations with friendly walk leaders across Skagit. During the walks there will be time to connect with each other as well as time to learn about nature and how to gain the health benefits it has to offer. Sign up for one of the free programs below.

Cultivating Calm

Skagit Nature Rx Gardening Group

Looking for a way to get out more this summer while also helping your community?

Join us on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month June - August from 10am-1pm for a drop-in gardening group at the Angele Cupples Community Garden in Concrete, WA. This is a shared time for learning, planting, tending, & harvesting food for ourselves and the Concrete community.



Attend at least 3 sessions (for at least an hour) and receive free gardening supplies and resources!
