Hello JT,

This month we are celebrating our own JT Takagi, Executive Director, for receiving the Community Impact Award at EVC’s 40th Anniversary Benefit! EVC is a New York-based youth media organization dedicated to teaching documentary video as a means to develop the artistic, critical literacy, and career skills of young people, while nurturing their idealism and commitment to social change. Visit EVC's website to donate now!

We are also celebrating the theatrical release of the 4K restoration of NAKED ACTS (1996), directed by TWN Workshop Graduate Bridgett M. Davis! The film will be playing at BAM Cinema in Brooklyn this weekend! Visit the Kino-Lorber website to get tickets.

Don't forget to stay connected with us! Follow us on social media for updates on upcoming film screenings, workshops, and news from the TWN community.
