Volume 10 | June 2026

Your June news & updates

Summer is almost here, and June is bringing fresh opportunities to connect, move, and be part of the Rangeley Health and Wellness community!

This month, we're excited to launch a casting call for community members interested in participating in an upcoming RHW photo shoot. These photos will help us tell the story of our mission, showcase our programs, and highlight the people who make our community strong. Whether you're a long-time member, a participant in our wellness programs, or simply someone who believes in the importance of health and wellness in the Rangeley region, we'd love for you to consider getting involved.

We're also kicking off our summer season with a full lineup of fitness, aquatic, and wellness classes. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, stay active, or try something new, our June schedule offers something for every ability level.

Take a look at what's happening this month, mark your calendars, and join us as we continue building a healthier community together. We look forward to seeing you at RHW this summer.

From the Fitness Center

Congratulations!

This month, we are proud to recognize a member whose dedication, perseverance, and positive influence inspire everyone around him - James "Jim" Belmont!

A proud veteran, he approaches his health and fitness journey with the same courage, strength, and discipline that has defined his life.

His unwavering commitment to his workout regimen is evident in the hard work he puts in day after day. Through determination and consistency, he continues to make his health a priority while setting an outstanding example for others in our community.

New Class Alert!

VITAL MOBILITY with Josh

Restore natural, resilient movement by improving joint rotation, increasing range of motion, and building strength at end ranges. Injuries and inactivity can lead to compensation patterns that limit mobility and increase injury risk. This class helps you move better, feel better, and continue doing the activities you love for years to come.

Each session begins with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) for every major joint, followed by strength work in stretched positions to improve active range of motion and joint control exercises to reinforce and maintain your new mobility.
