Did you know Blessings in a Backpack works with a registered dietitian to ensure we are providing healthy food options for kids? 

The food is low in sodium, made with whole grains, low in sugar, and a good source of protein. 

It's also shelf stable, easy to open, requires no preparation or access to appliances, and is kid-friendly and delicious!

Kids carry the Blessings tradition at Knox College

Knox College students feed kids on the weekend in a unique way by donating their meal points. Today, they serve approximately 450 children every Friday afternoon.
