Waveny-Visiting Nurse Lifts Covid Restrictions

Effective June 5, 2023 the mandatory donning of PPE was discontinued for all Waveny LifeCare Network and Visiting Nurse & Hospice staff, visitors and volunteers. Masks continue to be optional throughout our campuses.

Even with the removal of these restrictions, we must remain vigilant. When visiting or volunteering, please wear a mask appropriately should you be suffering from allergy symptoms and please delay visiting should you have a low-grade fever or are not feeling well. Many of our residents are immunocompromised and can ill afford to be exposed to any virus.

We are proud to be serving our residents and their families and we look forward to seeing your smiling faces again soon. With your help, we can continually keep our residents, patients, staff and community safe.
