Requests from Clients to Sign Forms and Documents
Occupational therapists are often asked by clients and other stakeholders to complete forms and documents as part of the occupational therapy service.

  •  Alex is an OT working in the home and community care sector. He was asked by a client to complete a T2201 Disability Tax Credit Certificate.

June Poll & May Poll Results
Each year the PREP e-learning module helps occupational therapists by keeping you current and enhancing competency in occupational therapy.

With the 2022 PREP soon to be released, the College would like to know how you prefer to complete your e-learning module?
I like to do my e-learning module:
On my own.
Together with OTs in my workplace.
Together with OTs outside of my workplace.
Thank you for participating in our poll!
We appreciate your feedback and welcome comments at any time.
Last month we asked you: How are you preparing for the new Competencies for Occupational Therapists in Canada. ACOTRO, ACOTUP & CAOT (2021)?
