A Message from the Chair
There's so much happening in June, we didn't want to wait until next week to get the word out! In addition to the usual Create Little Rock events, we've got 2 months of Land in the Rock programming meant to entertain interns, law clerks, and young professionals who have just moved to town.  All of the LITR events are open to CLR members, too.  In fact, we encourage you to attend them! The more local young professionals our summer guests and newcomers meet, the more they'll feel connected to Little Rock.  If you know of someone new to town or someone just here for the summer, please pass along this email and get them engaged.

Land in the Rock Welcome Party
Land in the Rock - Welcome Party

Crews & Associates Trading Floor
521 President Clinton Ave - 8th Floor

Create Little Rock's annual Land in the Rock summer series will kick off next week with a welcome party in a very unique setting - the trading floor of Crews & Associates located on the 8th floor of the First Security building in the River Market district.  We'll have free beer and wine for CLR members and LITR participants who RSVP HERE.

You can find the Land in the Rock schedule at landintherock.com.  LITR is designed to entertain interns, law clerks who are here for the summer and demonstrate to them what Little Rock has to offer, in hopes of their return after graduation.  It's also aimed at young professionals who have just moved to town, as well as those attending local graduate schools.
All events are for CLR members as well, and we encourage your participation so that they can make as many Little Rock connections as possible!
If your company/organization will have interns or clerks, they can sign up for the Land in the Rock email list at landintherock.com.

Please RSVP HERE if you plan to attend so we can get an accurate head-count for drinks.
