Sexual Harassment Prevention Training To Comply With New York State Law
Employers, did you know that New York State now mandates annual sexual harassment prevention training for all employees and requires that all new employees receive training upon hiring?  Comply with the October 9, 2019 deadline by having your team join us at our public training sessions that meet the NYS requirements. Each session includes breakfast and is presented in our state-of-the-art training center by Christine Malafi, Esq. , Senior Partner at CMM, who has advised countless Long Island businesses on sexual harassment prevention policies and training.

Recent Changes in New York Election Law and How They Affect Your Business

Employers, take note: New York State’s Election Law was recently amended as part of the state’s budget amendments, and the changes have important, immediate implications for employers. As of April 12, 2019, employees in New York who are registered voters may request and receive up to three hours paid time off to vote, regardless of their work schedule and without loss of pay.
