We see a welcoming family, living the Gospel of Grace. We see a family where people can safely seek, question, and be revived.  We see a family energized by the Spirit alive in our midst.

" The Lord is like a father to his children,
    tender and compassionate to those
    who fear him
"
Psalms 103:13 (NLT)

Ju ne 3 is Pastor Sue's last day!

Pastor Sue has been a blessing to us!

Thank you -- Pastor Sue. Blessings on you in your next adventure!

Jesus says -- "Love one another as I have loved you." Let's work together to live that commandment.

Noisy Offering
jar_coin.jpg

Once a month after the Children's Message, the youth will have a "noisy offering." They will pass a container to collect coins (or bills) from the congregation. Our Youth will use this offering to "buy" gifts (Doctor appointment, piglet, chicks, etc.) thru the ELCA Good Gift Program. Watch for the next noisy offering, and please give generously!
Fireside Theater Event movie_tickets.jpg

We are invited to join St. Paul's for a Fireside Theater outing on Saturday June 23 - leaving the church at 9 a.m. and returning around 5:30 p.m.

The play is entitled, "A Second Helping: The Church Basement Ladies' Sequel." Please see the attached flyer for all the details. There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex.

Website Update
  godly-enter-key.jpg
The website is updated with a variety of items of note:

1.  The RIC (Reconciled in Christ) symbol is now included right next to the ELCA symbol on our site.

2.  Our address is now switched to our new home everywhere needed on the site.

3.  Our Church calendar, maintained by Karen, is set up to auto-populate the events page on the site.

4.  Additional "About Us" pages have been added. In addition to HISTORY and MINISTRY AND LEADERS, we now feature pages addressing CONTEMPORARY COME AS YOU ARE WORSHIP, OPEN TO ALL RECONCILED IN CHRIST, and OF SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY: ELCA OUTREACH CENTER.

Please visit the site and give us feedback. If there is something we should include, or if there is something we should delete, please reach out to Stan Livermore or Roxann Crabb.

St. Paul's Layette Ministry baby-blocks-blue.jpg

During the month of June, we are invited to join St. Paul's in collecting items to make up six layette bags for the Shalom Center. There is a collection basket in the narthex.

We will be collecting items for a new baby. Please try to make items as gender neutral as possible. Items can be new or gently used. There is a board in the narthex listing the types of baby items being collected.
