Happy June!
With Florida's hot and humid summers, swimming isn't just fun, it's the perfect way to stay cool and active! Whether splashing in the pool, diving into crystal-clear springs, or enjoying the waves in the ocean, swimming offers a refreshing escape from the heat. Swimming is a fantastic full-body workout that builds strength, stamina, and confidence in the water. Plus, it's something fun we can do that the whole family can enjoy together!. In Florida, where water is everywhere, swimming is more than just a summer activity, it's an important life skill. Don't hesitate to get your little ones registered for swim lessons this summer!
Quick Reminders
New families:
Don't forget to prepare your pool for swim lessons. Pools should be clear of excessive mess, cleaned, and at an appropriate temperature for your swimmer. If your swimmer uses swim goggles, sunscreen, or a water bottle during lessons have them out and ready to go. If your lesson is at a community pool please arrive 5 minutes prior to lesson start time. As many new families begin lessons this summer, click here to tell me more about your kiddos before their first lesson!
Communication with Miss Hayley:
As the business owner and swim instructor, I want to remind everyone that most of my day is spent driving and in the pool, two places where I can't be on my phone. I will always get back to you, just keep in mind I may not be able for several hours. I appreciate everyone being so generous giving me time to respond.
As many of you know, I keep my schedule very full throughout the summer, leaving minimal down time between lessons. Please understand that traffic and driving times are an estimate, and I may arrive for lessons anywhere between 1-5 minutes before or after our start time. I will not text you in this situation, and you will only hear from me before a lesson if I have encountered a major traffic issue causing me to be more than 5 minutes behind schedule. It is important to me to focus on my driving so that I can arrive safely for our lesson time.
Registrations & Waitlist:
At this time, if you have filled out a registration form but haven't been given assigned days at times for lessons, you are on my waitlist. I am actively working to schedule as many swimmers as possible and you will be notified as soon as you approach the top of my waitlist so we can discuss scheduling and availability.
Thank you for being a part of our Splish Splash Swim community!
