Spectrum of Dreams

AZA United is thrilled to announce plans for our 3rd Annual Spectrum of Dreams: A Community Talent Showcase, a vibrant community celebration honoring the individuality, creativity, and dedication of neurodivergent people. This showcase highlights their remarkable talents and accomplishments through captivating performances and inspiring visual art, shining a light on the many ways they enrich our community.

We’re also excited to share that this year’s event will feature some incredible special guests! Michael Wayne O’Neill will join us as our MC, bringing his passion for storytelling and advocacy as host of The MWO Show and co-founder of Inspiration Station of America. We’ll also welcome back crowd favorite Joe Giacinto, a talented blind autistic clarinetist who continues to inspire audiences and has recently performed the national anthem for major teams like the Arizona Diamondbacks and Atlanta Hawks. Plus, we’re excited to feature a special appearance from Gage and Gavin Sprintz, two talented local competitive divers who will be sharing their inspiring story.

Recurring Donations are Transformative

Does Your Child Need a Communication Device?

AZA United offers Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Evaluations and continued support including training for users, parents and caregivers to confidently program and use the device.


Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) transforms the way individuals with speech and language challenges connect with the world around them. AAC includes a wide range of tools and strategies designed to support communication—whether by enhancing spoken language or replacing it altogether when speech isn’t accessible. These solutions can be as simple as, picture boards, or communication books, or as advanced as speech-generating devices like tablets that “talk” when selections are made. AAC becomes especially valuable when someone experiences limited communication development, struggles to be understood, uses minimal verbal language, or has reached a plateau in progress. In these moments, AAC opens up new possibilities, ensuring every individual has a voice while promoting independence.

With the right tools, individuals can clearly express their wants, needs, thoughts, and feelings, helping them build stronger relationships and participate more fully in everyday life. To get started, an evaluation with a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist is essential to determine the most appropriate AAC solution, whether low-tech or high-tech.

AZA United is proud to announce that we have earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid, the respected nonprofit evaluator formerly known as GuideStar. Candid provides comprehensive data and insights about the social sector, helping funders and donors make informed decisions about where to direct their support. The Platinum Seal represents the highest level of recognition awarded by Candid, and we are honored to receive this distinction.

Build, create, and connect at Build and Belong Club! This is a fun, inclusive LEGO social group for kids and adults to spark creativity and make new friends. Valle de Sol is hosting an event designed to help local students start the school year prepared and equipped for success by providing free backpacks and school supplies to families in our community. ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician)

Our ABA Treatment Services team is growing, and we are hiring! We offer ABA services in-home throughout the valley, as well as our interdisciplinary children's therapy clinics in Mesa & Avondale, the East Valley Center and West Valley Center.

Direct Support Provider (DDD Services)

If you or someone you know is interested in providing in-home care services for individuals with developmental disabilities, apply for a position as a Habilitation, Respite & Attendant Care provider here. This role is available statewide and is a great opportunity to gain experience and make a difference.

Parent Provider - Habilitation & Attendant Care
