Cook Children's Art Day!

July 19th
Hospitalized children at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth will have a fun filled day painting on canvas! This program is a  fantastic opportunity to stimulate children's imaginations and provide an  occasion to engage in activities they may not otherwise experience. Artist Rebecca Winters with "Art in the Vine" is generously donating her time to instruct our little Picasso's! Some of the kid's artwork will be displayed during the Hoffen Foundation Little Black Dress Party to be held on September 23, 2017. We hope to continue having an "art day" as our regular kid's day program. If you would like to donate to this wonderful program please click on the donate link below.

Kid's Day Out at Texas Rangers Game a sizzling summer day success!

Proceeds from Rangers Opening Day tickets sales funded this  terrific  opportunity for kids of all ages to enjoy watching the Rangers take on the New York Mets! This year's tickets went to Cook Children's Neuro Teen support group! Hoffen directors joined the teens at the game cheering on the Rangers and rallying up all the fans with Hoffen Rally Candy, snacks & peanuts! Kids received free baseball caps from Hoffen, Rangers Yearbooks and had a blast! Rangers took the "W" with a final score of Rangers 10 and Mets 8. Thank you all who purchased tickets on Opening Day and "giving children a ray of hope".

           Our Mission
The mission of the Hoffen Foundation is to give children a ray of hope. The name "Hoffen" is German for "hope", an action and emotion crucial to overcoming obstacles and challenges in life. It is the desire of the Foundation to carry out fund raising events to benefit charitable groups that may cultivate such hope for children throughout the community. The main focus is to assist children with a variety diseases, disabilities and socioeconomic challenges by raising funds. The funds are used to enhance the ability of existing organizations, to provide new programs and offer ongoing assistance. That assistance may be in the form of toys during the holidays, clothes and educational supplies for the school year, financial assistance for medical facilities, funding to support outings to stimulate children's imaginations and opportunities to engage in activities they may otherwise not experience.
Throughout the years, the Hoffen Foundation has had one vision and one goal.
The vision of enriching children's lives...
The goal of giving children a ray of hope...

We couldn't make any of this possible without your donations and our amazing volunteers! We always need donations, raffle items and volunteers to help with our various events. If you would like to become a Hoffen Foundation volunteer, please contact us by sending an email to  volunteer@hoffenfoundation.org.
