Buying a car can be an intimidating experience. We can make it easier with our new pre-approval process, Central Freedom Express. Before you visit the dealership, check with us first. We will help you determine the price range that will best meet your needs. You’ll go knowing your financing is already in place with WV Central FCU.
It’s easy and takes just a few steps.
- Apply online or at one of our convenient locations. We’ll discuss options with you and when you are comfortable with the loan and payment amounts, we’ll provide you with a Central Freedom Express or “blank” check you can take shopping with you. The check will state the limit that you have been pre-approved for. This will allow you to negotiate with confidence, knowing that your financing is already taken care of.
- Once you choose the vehicle you want and have a final price, you’ll fill out the Central Freedom Express check with the name of the dealership, the amount, and the vehicle information, and sign the check. The dealer will complete final documents and will fax the paperwork to us. You drive home in your new vehicle!
- Your loan officer will reach out to you to finalize your loan paperwork and you’re all set!
Getting pre-approved doesn’t cost anything and doesn’t obligate you to purchase a vehicle. You’ll have 45 days to use the Central Freedom Express check. With rates as low as 1.65% APR*, our competitive rates will leave you driving home happy and saving money over the life of your loan.
