Progress is being made with the new well site.  The first step is completed and soon we will see the drilling rig on site.  Drill time is expected to be completed in 6 weeks.  Just a reminder that the parking lot for the park will not be available during the drilling, however you are able to park at Santa Cruz while enjoying the park and amenities.

It doesn't take much to remember that we have pets in our community. In fact, if you don't watch your step, your liable to step in one such reminder! Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be hazardous to the health of our children who play in the community and other pets. One of the most common forms of disease
transmission between dogs is through fecal matter. When walking your dog in our community, remember that it should be leashed. Also, it is
important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you or grab one from one of the many pet stations we have throughout the community to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly. By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute to the beautification of our community. Thank you for your cooperation!

It has been a long couple of months of behind the scenes work and we are so happy to show the outcome! The Tortosa website has gone under a "page" lift and we are loving it! The updated website has an ease of use with easy to find buttons and drop down menus.
Water Features Reminder
We know the weather is heating up outside and although the fountain may look like a fun spot to cool off, please avoid going in the water. The water is irrigation water and should not be used to play in or to consume. If you are out and need to take a break, stop by the HOA office for water and cool A/C.
It is with our dearest condolences to hear of the loss of Conley Ditsworth. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time. Additional information can be found at:
