I want to express my appreciation to all those who organized and planned our HBA Camp Golf Tournament fund raiser! The event was a huge success as we raised 4,800 for our camp! I want to thank all of the churches and individuals who sponsored the holes and some of the teams. Not only did we see thirteen teams playing and having a great time, we were able to have a great lunch and Pastor Terry Ryan shared the Gospel! I am so grateful for how God’s hand was on this event and He has provided funding that will help with scholarships for children and help with some of the upkeep of our camp!

Our summer camps kick off this month. If you have children ages 5 through 6th grade, please get them registered for the camps. You will find the applications on our website or you can come by our office and pick some up! I would ask that you will pray for all of our camps that God will work in a mighty way. Our youth camp has been changed to an overnight back-to-school retreat the first weekend in August. The retreat will only cost 30.00 per person! We will still need applications for those who will be attending. Stay tuned for more details!

Please be in prayer for our Southern Baptist Convention June 15-16th. This will be a very important convention for the future of our convention. My prayer is that God will intervene and unite us like never before! The President of our convention has asked that everyone fast and pray especially during the days of our meetings. If you are not able to attend, please fast and pray especially on the 15th!

I can’t wait to share a report next month of how God has moved in our association through our camps and our churches that will be doing a VBS! Let us pray together that God will bring many individuals into a saving relationship with Him!!

Together, we can provide that encouragement
What a year we are anticipating! Our President/Chairman, (Gary Leutzinger) , Linda Mitchell, (Director) and our other Board Members, and our awesome volunteers, with great faith, hope, trust, we are eagerly preparing to continue to have our doors opened for 2021, with staying in compliance with Covid and following all guidelines. Of all the work that has been done and will continue to be done, we are most excited about the opportunities we will have to share the Good News of Jesus Christ! We anticipate meeting young mothers facing unplanned pregnancies with hope, love, and the truth granted by our Heavenly Father. We would not have this opportunity to witness to young women who feel they are alone without God’s grace, love, and mercy, as well as your investments of prayer, advocacy, volunteerism, and financial contributions. Our President, Director, Board Members and volunteers have been working to assure our facility is one of the best. We went to First Choice in Tifton May11th for additional training, the session was very informative. Each of us that attended,  went through a very detailed and through training session, taught by their Director Jennifer Metzger. Christine Middleton, with Georgia Rights to life, came to our center and conducted a very through and detailed training session. We serve three counties Dooly, Wilcox and Crisp. We are in compliance with all policies, procedures and above all be able to reach out and help someone and make a difference in their lives.

Our open house tour was a great success, we had people from all counties touring. The people attending was very supportive of our Hat Fund Raiser, which has helped us get the boutique baby room ready to help with both Mother and new born babies. We extend a very special Thank You to several of NHBC Deacons for upgrading the grounds and parking lot.

Our Boutique has been upgraded with beautiful baby clothes, both boys and girls, from birth to 24 months. We have anything a new born will need. This does include baby furniture. Our program Earn while you learn is directed by Denise Bauer. You earn points and get baby bucks to shop in the boutique.  Our Goal 2021 is to raise $15,000 by December 31st, 2021. Your donation will help ensure that we receive training, medical supplies, and educational materials that are needed for our daily operations. We will have a fund raiser project in 2022.

At Pregnancy Care Center-Crisp, Dooly, Wilcox, we strive to reach those facing unplanned pregnancy by offering free and confidential pregnancy testing, options counseling, limited ultrasound, shopping in our baby boutique and STD testing. All services administered will be free of charge, thanks to your generous support. Pregnancy Care Center-Crisp-Dooly-Wilcox is a 501©(3) organization, meaning all donations made to support this ministry are tax deductible.

Thank you in advance for your support. Together, we will continue to make a difference in the lives of many families in our communities. We always welcome anyone to come tour the facilities and get a very clear understanding on what we do to reach out and help others. We are on site Mon-Wed, after hours always on call.

What to do with all those old Sunday School books?

Don’t throw them away–bring them to HBC
