PACE - Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly

PACE provides comprehensive clinical and social services to certain frail, elderly people still living in the community. Most of the Participants who enroll in PACE are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. PACE acts as both the insurer and the provider and provides all services determined necessary by the Interdisciplinary Team to improve and maintain an individual's health.

AIHS and Parkview Health opened PACE of Northeast Indiana
in July 2021 at the old AIHS headquarters on
Lake Avenue in Fort Wayne.
