The Administrative Role of the Judges and Its Impact in the Practice of Law

On June 15, 2022, we presented the panel: “The Administrative Role of the Judges and Its Impact in the Practice of Law.” Our panel aimed to understand the governance and administration of the United States courts system at its various levels (national, circuit, district, and chamber) and recognize all those non-judicial duties that our judges performed to provide practitioners in the Eleventh Circuit and the Florida district courts with an efficient administration of justice.

We thank our panelists Chief Judge William Pryor, District Judge Mary Scriven, Magistrate Judge Patricia Barksdale, and the moderator of the panel, Magistrate Judge Anthony Porcelli, for a wonderful and informative discussion.
