Did you know....


Strawberries are naturally sweet but surprisingly low in calories, and they are an excellent source of vitamin C, providing a significant portion of the daily recommended intake. There are over 600 different varieties of strawberries, each with unique flavors and textures. Who knew?! Strawberries belong to the Rosaceae family, which also includes roses. The fear of strawberries is called fragariaphobia.

Beginning this week, Marilyn Rehmer will be offering early morning sessions on Tuesdays from 6:30–8:30 AM!

Ann Knight also continues to offer training at these times:

  • Mondays: 10 AM–2 PM & 4–7 PM (around Circuit Training)
  • Tuesdays: 1:30–3 PM
  • Thursdays: 11 AM–3 PM
