Results of Survivorship Care Plan Survey Released

Several staff from the George Washington University (GW) Cancer Center recently co-authored a publication in the Journal of Cancer Education on the results of a nationwide survey of cancer care providers. The study found several potential areas for improvement in the implementation of survivorship care plans. Read the full article.
