One of my philosophies as a leader is “Family Comes First”. Two weeks ago, many of our coworkers received news that their job at AT&T would be moving to another location. For some, that means moving several states away, leaving friends and family behind, doctors, and their support system. I want you all to focus on your friends and family and look for the silver lining in your situation. If we dwell only on the negative, we feed depression and anxiety

Join me in acknowledging a tough situation. Share with us, anonymously, your frustrations. Tell us how the "Return to Office" directive is affecting you. Speaking our thoughts out loud triggers a cathartic release, allowing us to begin moving forward. I will publish these anonymous responses to our SharePoint page as they are received. We will keep the comment box open through the end of June.

Don’t forget about our Career Differentiator Series. Session 1’s topic on personal websites was well received. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our SharePoint page.
