Dear Highland Shores Residents,
Summer is in full swing! Read on for some important community updates.
Amenities Capacity Restrictions Lifted:
Per the Highland Shores Board of Directors, and effective as of Monday, May 24, COVID-19 related amenity capacity restrictions, including at the pools and Community Center, have been lifted. The management office door remains locked, and you will be greeted by a staff member after knocking on the door.
New Community Center Contract:
Please visit our website to view our new and improved Community Center contract. Rentals are being booked expeditiously now through the end of this year. For more information, please contact Abby Grimes.
New Homeowner Portal:
CCMC has formed a new partnership with the makers of Village Management Software (VMS), one of the most comprehensive and technologically-advanced community association management tools on the market, to better serve you. All homeowner accounts will soon be moved from the old enterprise system to VMS.
VMS offers a user-friendly homeowner portal that will allow you to access your account balances, transaction history, and directly update your contact information.
New account numbers will be assigned to all homeowners. You will receive your new account number and the new payment remittance address in your next billing statement in December 2021. You can learn about all your payment options on the CCMC website.
Enjoy your time soaking up some sun this month!
Sincerely,
Tammy Hatter, AMS, CMCA, PCAM
