The "Libraries Rock" summer reading club for teens starts
SATURDAY, JUNE 1, in both Greenfield and New Palestine.
Sign up, talk to friends, and check out a few books. You'll earn entries in prize drawings by tracking the time you read until August 1.

Create a wearable galaxy for our "Universe of Stories" summer reading club. Put the colors of the universe on a shirt; and while waiting for the shirts to dry, decorate a small canvas bag with celestial bodies using our new Cricut press.

Volunteer to read with a child once a week over the month of June. While you're helping your reading buddy enjoy books, you'll also be earning service hours and summer reading club credit.

Play indoor and outdoor games that are out of this world: "Race to the Galaxy," a story-themed game about survival on a dying planet, "Space Invader Battles," and "Live Pac-man."

Tie-dye cloth to look like the galaxy. We'll provide a few cloth pieces, but feel free to bring one or two items with you. Dress for a mess.
