Whether you're strolling solo, with friends, or with your furry companions, every step helps build a more vibrant, welcoming community. Let's make every trail a path to equality and joy!

Take your kids on a multilingual story walk!

Earlier this week, we installed a temporary story walk along a section of the Fore River Sanctuary! For the rest of June, you can bring your kids to read children's story, titled Kende! Kende! Kende!, while you walk from the Hillcrest Ave. trailhead (here) to Jewell Falls.

The story is in both English and French, and it's about a young girl who's on a journey to feel belonging in her new home. We hope you enjoy it! Everyone in our community deserves to feel that they belong hereβ€”especially on our trails.

Thank you to I'm Your Neighbor Books for providing the resources to make this multilingual story walk possible!
