The ticket office staff was incredibly helpful, the stewards and conductor were friendly, the gift shop staff was super helpful. I would recommend this for any age. We spent our child's birthday here, and the staff made it so special. Highly recommend buying a postcard on the train (or bringing your own!) to mail on the railway post office! ...Thank you all!!"
