Senior Trips & Tours

All trips are open to adults 50 and better! Senior CLUB membership is NOT required to join a trip. Non-resident fees apply to travelers who live outside of Concord.

Motorcoach transportation is provided for all trips from the Concord Senior Center, located next to John F. Baldwin Park at 2727 Parkside Circle. Please contact the Program Coordinator "Abid" at (925) 671-3017 or via e-mail for more information about Trips & Tours!

Registration may be completed in-person at any of Concord's community centers (Concord Senior Center, Centre Concord, or Willow Pass Center). Registration may also be completed online at www.ConcordReg.org or you may contact our registration office at (925) 671-3404 to register over-the-phone.

Fall Trips

(September - December)

We are currently in the process of planning for new trips to be announced for the months of September - December. To provide a preview of what is being planned, I can share that we are planning to offer the following destinations/attractions in the Fall season: Fleet Week on the SF Belle; Holiday Lights Tour in San Francisco; Capitola and Pacific Grove; Apple Hill in Placerville; Broadway shows in SF and so much more!

Trips for the Fall season will be officially announced and opened for registration starting in early August with the release of our Fall Activity Guide! The Activity Guides are mailed out to all Concord residents each season, but if you do not receive it or if you live outside of Concord you may request a copy by following the instructions on our website here: Activity Guides.

DAY TRIPS

Day Trips are group travel and tour opportunities that include destinations all over the Bay Area and Northern California.

Fall destinations (September-December) will be announced in early August. Details for our summer destinations may be viewed on our website now!

Trips may typically include hosted lunches, roundtrip transportation from the Concord Senior Center, tour guides, admission to various attractions, boat rides, train tickets, exclusive tours, and so much more!

EXTENDED TRAVEL

In partnership with local travel agencies like TravelCenter Tours & Travel, we will be offering various extended travel packages for multi-day adventures both domestic and abroad.

Fall 2022 Destinations include: Cape Cod, New England, "Music City", Europe and more!

Casino Trips

Starting with a trip to Red Hawk in June, we will be traveling out to various casinos on the third Thursday of each month. Join the lucky group on the next casino trip!

Casino trips are open all adults 50 and better! No CLUB membership is required to join! Search "casino" on our website at ConcordReg.org to view the schedule for upcoming casino trips this Summer.

Destinations will include a rotation of the following casinos each month:

Red Hawk (Placerville) - 2 hour ride
Cache Creek (Brooks) - 1.5 hour ride
Graton (Rohnert Park) - 1.5 hour ride
Hard Rock (Wheatland) - 2 hour ride
