Updates from the Furniture Masters
NH Women's Prison Outreach Program Receives Major Grant

We have some very exciting news to share! The NH Women's Prison Outreach Program has been named the recipient of the NH Women's Foundation Pathways to Prosperity grant. This is a real honor as they only select one organization per year that fulfills their mission of both philanthropy and education.
We will be using this grant to purchase hand tools and smaller items to outfit the wood shop that is being built at the new NH Correctional Facility for Women in Concord, NH. The wood shop will be completed this Fall. In the meantime, the Furniture Masters have been giving presentations and providing instruction for small carving projects.

Leah Woods and Lynn Szymanski will be overseeing the Women's Prison Outreach Program. This Wednesday, June 19 they will be presenting at the NH Women's Foundation donor tea to discuss our Prison Outreach Programs.
Another Successful Year at Experience NH
Evan Court and Owain Harris were in Washington D.C. earlier this month for Experience NH. Hosted by The New Hampshire State Society and spearheaded by U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Experience NH showcases a variety of the state's businesses, organizations, products and services to members on Capitol Hill.

Owain Harris, Evan Court and Roger Myers had their work on display at the event.
