Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, and without judgment. Through the use of formal and informal practices we can train our minds and this kind of awareness.

Join Suzanne Rusnak in this 8 week Mindfulness series. Sessions all take place via Zoom on Tuesdays from 12:00-1:00 pm beginning June 7th.
