June Observances
Pride Month

Washington County communities are celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride Month in June! Visit our Community Events Calendar for info about the city-wide celebrations in Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Tigard, as well as events for all ages offered throughout the county, including story times, crafts, and even a 5k run.

Most county and city offices will be closed on Monday, June 20 in observation of Juneteenth, the newest federal holiday and the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States.

Find Juneteenth events in Washington County on our Community Events Calendar, including the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Black Advisory Business Council's Juneteenth Celebration on Friday, June 17, 4:00 – 8:00pm in Hillsboro.
