Open a high-yield savings account

Whether you’re building an emergency fund or saving for your dream home, we’ve got you covered. With only $15, you can open a high-yield savings account and earn up to 40 times more interest than a regular savings account!

Important changes to your account terms

Due to changes in federal regulation CC, County Credit Union will amend our Funds Availability Policy to change the following:

  • The first $275 (previously $225) of a check deposit will generally be available no later than the first business day after the day of deposit.
  • The threshold for large check deposits subject to extended holds has increased to $6,725 (previously $5,525).
  • For new accounts, the amount of deposits available within the first business day has increased to $6,725 (previously $5,525).

All other terms and conditions of our Funds Availability Policy remain the same. By continuing to use your County Credit Union accounts and deposit services on or after July 1, 2025, you agree to the amended terms. We appreciate your membership!

Beware of fraud after natural disasters

In the wake of the May tornado in St. Louis, scammers are preying on those in need and generous donors looking to help. At County Credit Union, we want to make sure you stay protected. Some common disaster scams to watch out for include fake charities, impersonators acting as insurance representatives and phony home repair offers from unlicensed contractors demanding upfront payments.

You can protect yourself by:

  • Never sharing personal information with unknown callers
  • Confirming organizations through official sources
  • Reporting suspicious activity

We are committed to your security and financial well-being. To learn more, check out the article from the FCC below.
