Our 11th Save of Christmas

It’s the 11^th Save of Christmas! We’re delighted to share the story of Muffin, a 10-year-old cat whose story could have ended tragically, but thanks to the kindness of the vet, and your support for June’s, she now has the loving home of her dreams.

Muffin’s original owner passed away, leaving this stunning, sweet kitty behind. Her owner's family brought Muffin to the vet with the intention of euthanizing her. Muffin was in perfect health, and the vet refused to let her life end that way. Instead, they contacted us, and we couldn’t turn our backs on that face.

Thankfully, we weren’t the only ones who felt that way. It wasn’t long before Muffin found her perfect match and was adopted! Now, Muffin is living life as a cherished and adored lap cat. She’s become a total lover, sometimes even waking her mom up in the middle of the night for some extra “lovies”. This little night owl also embraces her playful side once the stars come out.

Muffin’s mom is head over heels for her, and we couldn’t be more grateful Muffin’s story ended in celebration instead of heartache.

Muffin’s story is one of many, there are still countless animals in need of rescue, love, and a second chance. We need your help to continue making these life-changing moments possible. Whether it’s a donation to support our rescue efforts or a gift from our wishlist, your kindness can continue turning tragic stories into beautiful new beginnings.
