Last year more than 13,000 guests attended the festival throughout the day. We are expecting even more this year and welcome you to JOIN US in making this year an EPIC Experience for the whole community!


We will be lining vendors up and down Tampa Bay Blvd., Buccs Beach, Hime Avenue, & throughout the field inside Raymond James Stadium!

THIS YEAR:

ONLY 1-2 Vendors of the same category.

(Exception: with more guests we may add additional vendors.)


WATER, BEVERAGE, WINE, & SPIRIT SALES

We have an EXCLUSIVE Water Sponsor and anticipate several beverage, wine, and spirit Sponsors/Vendors.


You are NOT PERMITTED to sell water, other beverages, wine & spirits if you are selling food/snacks/desserts. Simply point guests to those Vendors.


Beverage Vendors & Sponsors reciprocate to Food / Dessert / Snack Vendors as well.


WALK THROUGH & SET UP TRAINING

You will receive Hands-On Training that will give you the tools, resources, & techniques to R.O.C. our Juneteenth Festival and your future vending events. We will have a mock set up + walk thru at each location. This will make things easier for the day of the festival.


If you do not attend you FORFEIT your vendor registration and will not be permitted to participate during the Juneteenth Festival.


We want to ensure that you have a successful experience, and your attendance at this training is of GREAT IMPORTANCE.

INSURANCE IS MANDATORY

As a Vendor, insurance for festivals and events is a must-have. Even for one-day events. Vendor insurance helps protect your business from any claims that new customers or festival managers might make against your business. The free-flowing nature of a typical festival—makes vendor insurance all the more necessary for your business.

 

This includes:

• ALL Retail Vendors

• Food trucks

• Food trailers

• Food and beverage carts

• Mobile food services

• Mobile concessions

• Mobile street vendors

DUE: May 31st NO EXCEPTIONS.


Additional Insured MUST BE included. NO EXCEPTIONS.


MARKETING AND PROMOTION

PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE. That is the best way to get a crowd to you for the Juneteenth Festival along with all the marketing and promotion we are doing.

 

It’s A TEAM EFFORT! Tag us in your posts and we will share on our platforms, as you see our posts share with your platforms.

Our On-Boarding Process

  • Click on Vendor Application. It'll take you to our Vendor Registration. The application gives us a general idea of what your business is.
  • Once you find the category for your business Press (+) to add 1
  • Complete the Vendor Application & PAY to secure Vendor Booth
  • After you pay, you will receive the Vendor On-Boarding link via email (check your junk/bulk if you do not see it within 48-hours)
  • We monitor our applications closely, and once we meet our quota for a specific category we quickly remove it from being selected. Spots fill quickly so secure your Vendor space quickly.
