R.O.C. The Block Festivals thanks you for registering for our 3RD Annual Tampa Bay Juneteenth Festival! This year’s festival will be hosted Saturday June 17th from 3-9p.m. at: RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM: LOT 3. Set up times for vendors will begin at 10a.m., we will send you a link closer to the event date which will allow you to schedule what time you specifically will arrive to set up.
MANDATORY VENDOR TRAINING To prepare you all to have a successful day we invite to join us April 29th for our VENDORS R.O.C. TRAINING BRUNCH. You’ll receive Hands-On Training That Will Give You The Tools, Resources, & Techniques To R.O.C. Our Juneteenth Festival and your future vending events. We will have mock set ups, so please BRING YOUR SET UP.
If you do not attend your vendor registration will be refunded and you will not be permitted to Vend during the Juneteenth Festival. We want to ensure that you have a successful experience, and your attendance at this training is of GREAT IMPORTANCE.
INSURANCE IS MANDATORY
As a vendor, insurance for festivals and events is a must-have. Even for one-day events. Vendor insurance helps protect your business from any claims that new customers or festival managers might make against your business. The free-flowing nature of a typical festival—makes vendor insurance all the more necessary for your business.
This includes:
• ALL Retail Vendors
• Food trucks
• Food trailers
• Food and beverage carts
• Mobile food services
• Mobile concessions
• Mobile street vendors

PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE. That is the best way to get a crowd to you for the Juneteenth Festival along with all the marketing and promotion we are doing.
