Juneve Yoga focuses on alignment and proper sequencing to ensure a well rounded practice. Modifications and use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters) are offered in every class.
Multi Level : Alignment based class in which poses are held and refined. Students should be familiar with basic Yoga poses (even if they've taken a class once or twice). Some transitions from floor to standing may not be suitable for those with specific joint issues.
Beginner : Learn basic foundational Yoga in a friendly, non intimidating environment. Students will learn good habits and start their journey toward a strong lifelong practice. Great for the newcomer, and the seasoned Yogi who wants to refine and revisit the basics. (coming soon)
