It's time to be part of a Yoga community again. Juneve Yoga is here to ease you back into a live Yoga practice (I'm so excited!!!!!) See below for information on classes and COVID19 compliance. We can do this, Wellness wins.

When:
Tuesdays 6:15pm-7:30pm (Multi Level)
Fridays 9:15am-10:30am (Multi Level)

How:
Pre registration and payment is required
Payment: $20/class
(class size limited to six students, no walk ins at this time)

Juneve Yoga focuses on alignment and proper sequencing to ensure a well rounded practice. Modifications and use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters) are offered in every class.

Multi Level : Alignment based class in which poses are held and refined. Students should be familiar with basic Yoga poses (even if they've taken a class once or twice). Some transitions from floor to standing may not be suitable for those with specific joint issues.

Beginner : Learn basic foundational Yoga in a friendly, non intimidating environment. Students will learn good habits and start their journey toward a strong lifelong practice. Great for the newcomer, and the seasoned Yogi who wants to refine and revisit the basics. (coming soon)

COVID 19 INFORMATION:
JUNEVE YOGA will comply to safety requirements. Each class will have a maximum of six students present. Everyone present must wear a mask and bring their own props (mat, 2 blocks, and a strap). Juneve Yoga will have sanitized blocks and straps available for those who are still in the process of purchasing props. Heather will provide more information about props in class.
