The Jungle Gardens at Avery Island will host the 4th annual Jungle Gardens 5K, 7K Trail Run and 1 Mile Fun Run to be held Nov. 4, 2017.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a full schedule of events. The race will be immediately followed by food, entertainment and awards. All entrants will have a full day pass to explore the gardens and enjoy the area.
The event is sponsored by Fire & Safety Specialists and organized by Team FSS Running for a Cure. They are donating all proceeds to St. Jude Children's Hospital and are expecting a large field of runners and walkers.
