Summer Employment Spotlight: Linayliz and Rachel Join BrandStar Team
Junior Achievement of South Florida thanks our friends at
BrandStar for hiring two of our JA Career Bound interns this summer to assist with the company's marketing efforts.
"BrandStar is proud to be working along side of Junior Achievement in the intern program. From hosting earlier this year a career day here at BrandStar, to now having the privilege of having two interns here on campus this summer. Both of the interns exemplify professionalism, have great attitudes, and it is apparent they were very well prepared and trained through the Junior Achievement program. We look forward to further our partnership and working with JA on this important initiative for our future leaders." - Georgie Brown, BrandStar Vice President of Marketing

The Business Case for Employee Volunteer & Skills Giving Programs
JA is grateful to the 7,000+ volunteers that help us educate 50,000 students each year. Many of those individuals volunteer together as part of a corporate volunteer program,
such as Deloitte pictured above. JA offers a variety of opportunities, from one-day projects for large groups, to once-a-week or once-a-month projects for smaller groups. Our goal is to customize a program that works for your company so that your employees have a wonderful experience and our students learn from excellent role model volunteers and mentors.
Did you know that increased employee engagement helps reduce employee turnover and increases profitability? CLICK HERE to read more how an employee volunteer program will do just that!
Junior Achievement of South Florida inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a competitive, global economy by providing real world training in financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness.
