Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Scholarship


Awarded to five academic and community service participants

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Team. 


Those selected receive an exemption into the 2025 Optimist Championship, tournament entry (includes golf, hotel accommodations and meals and a $1,000 scholarship)

Optimist International Junior Golf Championship

The event is structured into three phases based on age groups and emphasizes not only competition but also cultural exchange and camaraderie among players and their families. Participants and guests enjoy a comprehensive experience at a world-class resort, including group meals, special events, recreational activities, and entertainment. College coaches come from all over to scout some of the best junior players in the world.


July 15-20, 2025 -- Boys 10-11, 12-13 and Girls 10-12

July 20-25, 2025 -Boys 14-15 and Girls 13-14

July 25-30, 2025 -- Boys 16-18 and Girls 15-18
