Hello Parents!
As you probably know Prom is coming up! We wanted to make sure that you do not miss out on any information that your students should already have received.
Below are important details:
Date: April 29th, 2023
Time: 7:30 pm-10:30 pm
Location: St. George Maronite’s Phoenician Ballroom (6070 Babcock Rd. San Antonio, TX 78240)
Theme: Masquerade
Doors OPEN at 7:30 and CLOSE at 8:00 pm they will remain closed until 10:30 pm at the conclusion of the dance.
Note: Students may bring a guest who is currently enrolled in another high school. Please see the permission form for details.
- The Doors will close at 7:30 pm which will lead to a mocktail and hors-d’oeuvres hour to be followed by dancing courtesy of The Royal Dukes Band.
- Dessert will be served later in the evening followed by continued dancing.
- Please note: Dinner will not be served at the prom.
- Students are strongly encouraged to choose a session for pre-prom dance lessons.
Please plan to attend at least one dance session before prom.
Dance Lesson Schedule
Session One:
4/12 Wednesday (Morning Break) – THIS LESSON IS BEING RESCHEDULED- New Date TBD
Session Two: 4/13 Thursday (7:00-8:00 pm)
Session Three: 4/19 Wednesday (Morning Break)
Session Four:4/20 Thursday (7:00-8:00 pm)
In order to be admitted to Prom 2023, students should:
Read carefully through (with parents), sign, and submit the Permission Form distributed with the invitation.
The permission slip must be turned into Pandora’s Box (the mailbox at the door of the faculty hallway) before 3:00 pm on Wednesday 4/25

Pay an entrance fee Price - $50 per person
- Choose a Dance Lesson session.
- Adhere to all dress code rules outlined in the permission slip below.
Anything submitted after 3 pm on Wednesday 4/25 will NOT be accepted and if any information is missing by this time, then students will not be allowed to attend.
Important note: Only high schoolers in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade are allowed to attend. No college students are allowed.
