Eligible projects are construction of or improvements to full-service community buildings, structures, and public spaces, such as:
- Schools
- Libraries
- Health centers
- Hospitals
- Municipal owned buildings
Eligible costs include pre project development, repair, construction and acquisition costs of property.
$250,000 - $2,000,000 grant amount.
Projects must reach substantial completion by Dec 31, 2026.
Applications available starting January 22 and end on April 2, 2024.
